Gear Anime specializes in handcrafted, custom anime footwear and apparel. All our items are Made-to-Order. We do not sell mass-produced goods. Each pair is hand-cut, sewn, and assembled using premium Deep-Dye technology to ensure the colors never fade, crack, or peel.

This is completely normal. Because your shoes are custom-crafted and packed immediately after the Deep-Dye curing process to protect the leather, they may have a "new shoe" scent. Simply let them air out in a well-ventilated area for 24-48 hours. We do not offer refunds solely based on this natural production scent.

All orders require 6-8 business days for processing and production. The total estimated timeframe (processing + shipping) depends on your selected shipping method:

Yes. International items are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Under EU regulations, all commercial imports are subject to VAT and require a Formal Customs Declaration. The recipient is responsible for all local customs fees and taxes upon arrival.

Yes. You will receive an email with your tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information in their system.

We remove the risk of buying online with two main guarantees:

• 365-Day "Color-Lock" Warranty: If your print fades or cracks within 1 year under normal use, we will replace your sneakers for FREE.
• 30-Day "Perfect Fit" Guarantee: If your shoes don't fit perfectly, contact us within 30 days. We will send you a replacement pair in the correct size.

If we made a mistake, you will receive a FREE REPLACEMENT immediately, and you do not need to return the defective item. Email us at support@gearanime.com with your Order Number, photos of the defect, a photo of the shipping label, and (for size issues) a photo of the size tag and insole measurement.

You can only cancel or modify your order details (size, address) within the first 02 hours of placing it. After 2 hours, the order is locked for production.
