We stand behind our craftsmanship with the Gearanime VIP Promise.

1. THE GEARANIME VIP GUARANTEES

We have removed the risk from buying online. Here is how we protect you:

🛡️ A. The 365-Day "Color-Lock" Warranty We use premium Deep-Dye technology designed to last. If your print fades, cracks, or peels within 365 days of delivery under normal use, we will replace your sneakers for FREE. No questions asked.

🔰 B. The "Perfect Fit" Guarantee Worried about the size? Don't be. If your shoes arrive and they don't fit perfectly:

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

2. We will send you a replacement pair in the correct size.

3. You do not need to pay for the new pair. You only cover a small flat-rate shipping fee for the replacement. (Note: This applies to the first exchange per order).

2. PRODUCT QUALITY & "FRESHNESS" SCENT

⚠️ IMPORTANT: The "New Car" Scent Because your Gearanime sneakers are custom-hand-crafted only after you order (not mass-produced stock sitting in a warehouse), we pack them immediately after the Deep-Dye curing process to protect the leather.

Upon opening the box, you may notice a strong "new shoe" scent. This is completely normal and is proof that your product is brand new and freshly manufactured.

• Solution: Please allow the shoes to air out in a ventilated area for 24-48 hours. The scent will dissipate completely.

• Policy: We do not offer refunds or returns solely based on the "fresh ink/glue" scent, as this is a natural characteristic of our fresh production process, not a defect.

3. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS (Defects/Damaged)

Our Mistake? We Fix It. If you receive a defective item (wrong design, wrong size sent by us, or damaged during shipping), we will provide a FREE REPLACEMENT immediately. You do not need to return the defective item.

Evidence Required: To speed up your claim, please email support@gearanime.com with:

1. Your Order Number.

2. Photos of the defect/damage.

3. Photo of the shipping label on the package.

4. (For size issues): A photo of the size tag on the shoe tongue and a photo measuring the insole with a ruler.

4. CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Speed is our priority. Our crafting team starts working on your custom order almost immediately to ensure fast delivery.

• Timeframe: You may cancel or modify your order within 02 hours of placing it.

• Fee: A management and transaction fee (1.5% of total value) applies to cancellations to cover gateway charges.

• After 2 Hours: The order is locked for production and cannot be cancelled.

5. REFUNDS (If Applicable)

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

• Your order is cancelled within the 2-hour window.

• Your item is proven lost in transit (per carrier tracking).

• You received a defective item and choose a refund instead of a replacement.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take 5-7 business days before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items: The "Perfect Fit" and "365-Day Warranty" apply to ALL items, including sale items. However, "Change of Mind" returns (returning simply because you don't want it anymore) are not accepted for Final Sale items.

6. RETURN SHIPPING (For Non-Defect Cases)

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than defects or size exchange (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
